Exercise Joins fun

If you let yourself, then you can have fun with exercise. Take this as a yes, if you look at how you do your exercise program then you can include the fun element into it and enjoy exercise instead of it being a task.

Elements of fun that are put into an exercise program will not only excite you for doing exercise regularly but also stop you getting bored with exercise.

Exercise it's got be done if you want to stay healthy and fit. The benefits are to good not to exercise, it keeps your heart healthier your weight under control, gives you more energy and it gives you a more positive outlook on life in general.

I could go on forever about how great exercise is for you but I won't. Instead think about your exercise routine if you have one, are you getting a bit fed up with the same old exercises at the same old gym. Stop, no don't stop them all together just don't do as many.

Think about a different exercise that you know you would love doing or one you have never tried to see if you will enjoy it. Yes you still go to the gym and work those muscles with machines or weights, only you sacrifice a visit to the gym for your new exercise activity.

Think about other types of exercise such as dancing, badmington, running or a trampoline workout these will all be good for you and fun too.

Think of ball games that can be done with the family or friends they are all fun with the added benefit of enjoying the company of your family and friends.

The bonus to getting more exercise is that you will find that you will naturally eat foods that are more healthy for you. The thing with exercise is that there are so many ways to do it and you know that it is beneficial to your health, so get on with it and make it an every day part of your life. - 15995
