Presidential Weight Loss Tips?

Its not something you would expect, weight loss tips from the new President. Hes got far more pressing things on his mind that thinking about the weight of the nation. His priorities will definitely be elsewhere...but should they be?

The health of the nation covers many things. The nations financial health will be his top priority. The current Band Aid will have to be removed and some more drastic surgery performed before that aspect of the nations health is restored to anything near normal.

But how healthy is the nation that he has just inherited? Actually, its pretty dire. Obesity levels are at their highest ever and show no sign of decreasing. This fact alone is having a dramatic effect on the nations physical well-being, but it also means that a significant number of the population is not able to function at their best.

Its a sad fact that in terms of personal health, the nation has let itself down and has been let down. Too many people are unable to operate to their optimum. The likelihood of them contracting a serious weight related disease in their lifetime has never been higher.

What we should all be doing is taking our lead from the new President. Here is a man who keeps himself fit, who exercises every day and eats to stay in good shape. If he can do it, why cant the rest of us? If we admire him so much, shouldnt we be following his example?

Does he have any big secret that hes not letting on? Not really, except he is very self-aware and he is very self-disciplined. These qualities are not exclusive to him, they are available to us all.

The other thing that he has done is to remain as self-aware as possible and not let bad habits take over his life. No secret in this either except that it takes effort and commitment.

We can all be fit and healthy like the new President. We can say goodbye to diets and achieve permanent weight loss. What we have to do is to learn new habits " slim habits. By learning new habits we can change. When we do well be able to live life to the full and make our contribution to the new nation count. - 15995
