Designer Suit Reviews

By Victor Santerino

Designer suits come in many different shapes and sizes. They are created by a multitude of designers out of a wide array of materials. As a result, choosing a suit designer can be one of the most confusing decisions a person can make. I wrote this article to help shoppers get a better understanding of designer suits.

Brands reviewed in this article consist of: Armani, Anderson Sheppard, Arnold Brandt, Allyn Saint George, and Alfani. Reading this article will give you a better idea of what these brands and designers are all about, and hopefully make your next purchase a little easier.

An Alfani suit is a bargain buy at somewhere between $100 and $300 dollars. You can find this suit in both two and three button models, usually with two vents. Check out Amazon or Ebay for the lowest online prices, or Macy's for a convenient brick and mortar pick up.

The Allyn Saint George suit is an American suit with the standard classic cuts you might find in an HSM or Brooks Brothers suit. However, this suit is made of lower priced yet durable material and can be found for less than $200 dollars for a brand new well made suit.

Anderson Sheppard is a Saville Row suit and is known for its superb quality of stitching and materials. This suit is styled in classical cuts and is very noticeably British in origin. Prices have historically run well over $1,000.

Armani suits are upper class suits created in Italian style fashions. These suits can retail at prices of two thousand dollars or more.

The Arnold Brandt suit is a Canadian creation tailored in contemporary styles. This suit provides a nice look for the classic office setting. Materials are of medium to high quality and are quite durable for everyday wear. Retail prices can run around the neighborhood of $800.

I wrote this article to give you a starting point in your quest for the perfect suit. Make sure to do your own research and to try on multiple brands before you finally make your decision. - 15995
