How to Be Penny Wise to Lose Weight after Giving Birth

By Teresa Brown

A lot of ladies are used to their daily shopping and eating routines. Introducing a new baby into your circle of life can put a real dent in your wallet. So when it comes time for lunch anything quick and cheap seems like the best option for a busy mom.

However, when you want to lose weight after giving birth you can't depend on those low price high fat goodies. Gyms are fine but they are expensive and time consuming and a busy mom's time is precious. So, rather than spending your money on expensive personal trainers or diet programs, you can use these basic tips to set you on course to lose the pregnancy weight without the high price tag.

A. Ditch the Gym Deal

Make sure you avoid getting into a complicated gym contract you don't need or won't use. You don't need to leave your house to lose weight after giving birth, you can tone and trim around the house. Get an exercise ball or do some pushups between breakfast and lunch. Have a skipping rope in the garage or basketball net in the backyard no matter what make your home fitness friendly.

B. Cut out the Cappuccino

Losing weight after giving birth can be hard especially when you have to stay away from those comfort cups of specialty coffee. Not only are you consuming empty calories but also it isn't economical anymore to be a frequent coffee enthusiast at your local coffee joint. These days you could spend up to 20 dollars on a drink and don't forget the cookies and biscotti's they serve with your latte. Instead hydrate yourself with vitmain rich, low sugar juices or water with a few lemon slices.

C. Be a Personal Coach

Instead of paying for 10 step classes at the gym, pay for 100 of them with one DVD. Now with fitness DVD's you can have a personal trainer at home to lose weight after giving birth. Pilates, Fat-Burning Yoga, and Tiabo are just some of the many options for getting your workout done in front of the TV. When I get lazy I like to turn on the latest reality show about weight loss and use the encouraging words of advice those trainers use to spur me on too!

Losing weight after giving birth doesn't have to be a money-draining ordeal. Empower yourself to lose your tummy by becoming a more calorie conscious and practical consumer. You want to lose a pant size not empty your pockets so make sure you take these tips all the way to the bank. - 15995
